BGB Allgemeiner Teil: Rechtsgeschäftslehre

The theory of legal acts as the core of the General Part of the German Civil Code (BGB) is taught in the first semester and is intended as training in the classification and conceptuality of the BGB. The new presentation develops the BGB's legal acts dogmatics in the intellectual regime of the legal opinion, in other words, as required by the thought processes for developing foundations for a claim.

• Gliederung in zwei Teile: Im ersten Teil wird die Rechtsgeschäftslehre dargestellt, der zweite Teil des Buches ist der Umsetzung der Rechtsgeschäftsdogmatik in der Fallbearbeitung gewidmet
• Rechtsgeschäftsdogmatik des BGB wird in der gedanklichen Ordnung des Gutachtens entwickelt
• erstes Lehrbuch zum BGB AT, das gleichgewichtig die Rechtsgeschäftslehre dogmatisch vermittelt und deren Umsetzung in die Fallbearbeitung erläutert
